A perfect day on the course, a sold-out tournament, and a community that showed up in full force.
On October 13, 2025, the Golf Club of Oklahoma played host to a spectacular day of camaraderie, laughter, and purpose as teams teed off to support the mission of Red, White & You! (RWY) — creating hands-on mentorship and scholarship opportunities for high school students across Oklahoma.
Every drive, putt, and marshmallow sold helped fund RWY’s growing mentorship program, connecting students with local businesses in trades, small business ownership, and real-world career exploration.
Our goal? To “crack the door” for Oklahoma students — giving them a glimpse of what’s possible before college debt or burnout sets in.
And this year, thanks to the generosity of sponsors, players, and volunteers, we raised over $7,000 directly from on-course student activities alone!

Student Volunteers: The Real MVPs
Our student volunteers were on the course from 6:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., showing professionalism, energy, and heart all day long.
Hole #18 — The Marshmallow Drive: RWY students used their selling and communication skills to raise $2,000 by inviting golfers to launch marshmallows down the fairway!
Hole #13 — Closest to the Cow: Students kept the laughs coming with lighthearted encouragement and good-natured teasing as golfers took their best shot.
Hole #15 — Beat the Lady Pro: The long-drive contest raised a staggering $5,000, with students helping coordinate donations and keep the energy high.
Each volunteer embodied the RWY mission — professionalism, initiative, and genuine community spirit in action.
